# DOFE pro všechny

V programu DOFE dlouhodobě podporujeme znevýhodněné žáky a usilujeme o to, aby měl každý mladý člověk příležitost rozvíjet svůj potenciál bez ohledu na své zázemí. Cenné zkušenosti jsme získali díky mezinárodnímu projektu **Stand By Me**, který se zaměřoval na integraci ukrajinských studentů a jehož principy lze snadno aplikovat na všechny **žáky s odlišným mateřským jazykem**. Aktivity jsou založeny ne **peer-to-peer** spolupráci a vzájemné podpoře dvou vrstevníků.

V rámci projektu **Erasmus+ KA2: DOFE pro všechny** jsme se věnovali hlubšímu zkoumání specifik práce vedoucích se znevýhodněnými studenty. Poznatky jsme popsali v metodice, která je určena vedoucím DOFE, kteří pracují s žáky a studenty se specifickými vzdělávacími potřebami.
